Duct Sealants & Accessories 

We manufacture a full line of high-quality, water-based duct sealants and the accessories needed to successfully complete the job. Whether the project is commercial or residential, our duct sealant line includes options in smooth gray, as well as fiber-reinforced white and gray versions.

These duct sealants are LEED® EQ 4.1 compliant, have low VOC, are suitable for indoor and outdoor use, and are mold and mildew resistant. They also have excellent adhesion and flexibility.

These products are available in buckets and tubes to allow for ease of use in sealing all areas of duct work to help improve the efficiency of your HVAC system.

Expandable Polyurethane Foam Sealant

For those who are looking for an expandable spray foam to insulate their duct work, we have our Foam & Fill® Polyurethane Sealant products. We offer versions like our Foam & Fill® Large Gaps & Cracks Polyurethane Sealant and Foam & Fill® Small Gaps & Cracks Polyurethane Sealant to fill both large and small openings around your duct work.

RTV Silicone Sealants

Our high performance 100% silicone sealants come in six colors, including gray and clear. Due to its strong, durable and weather-resistant seal and excellent adhesion to most non-porous surfaces, it is ideal for use in most OEM and maintenance applications. Pros love that it has a 50 Year warranty, is Spec compliant, mildew resistant, has seals that stay permanently elastic, remains flexible and resists vibration. It's quality and durability is highlighted by the fact that it meets or exceeds the requirements of TT-S-00230C, TT-S-001543A, C.G.S.B. 19C9-9, Din 18540 Part 2, Mil. Spec 46106a, CEBTP 432.65 140-2, ASTM C920. It is also authorized by the USDA for use in federally inspected meat and poultry plants.

Small Runs Are No Problem

Unlike many companies who have minimum orders of 100,000 or more units, we have the ability to fulfill small batch orders to provide quality service to smaller customers. Our equipment also allows us to complete the order efficiently so that it gets to our customers as soon as possible.

Quality Products

All of the products Red Devil manufactures undergo extensive quality checks before being distributed. In our laboratories we do our part to make sure each element, down to the raw materials, is checked to make sure it meets the manufacturers’ specifications before it continues to our production floor. We are also diligent about keeping a samples of products on a batch by batch basis for one year so that we have the ability to identify and rectify quality complaints.

Due to our manufacturing plant based in the heart of Oklahoma, we have the added bonus of being centrally-located, which allows us to ship products to just about any location in the country in a timely manner.

At Red Devil, we focus on providing benefits to our customers that our competitors may not offer. Many of our products, including our duct sealing line, have the option of being private-labeled with the brand of your choice. For clients who need their product manufactured in a specific color,  we have the ability to offer our products in more than 300 colors and offer a custom color-matching option for our acrylic caulks and sealants products.

To ensure high-quality packaging, we operate injection molding machines to produce caulking cartridges. Offset printers are used to place simple text directly onto cartridges; digital printers are used for more complex photos and graphics. If needed, our in-house graphics department is equipped to provide our private-label customers with a fully finished product. Whether they are using art provided by the client or creating original artwork,  this team consistently provided a custom product that meets and exceeds client expectations.
